UPDATE: The Weeknd Announces New Album

by ike

Fresh off the heels of his major label, dare I say, “debut,” The Weeknd isn’t stopping the momentum. Announcing his sophomore album title on Twitter late Sunday night, the experimental R&B artist continues his crooning style on Kiss Land.

gonna drop some information for the fans today

Tweeted the singer before releasing the title and, possible, album cover in neon green lettering. However, no other reports surrounding the album are known, which pretty much sucks. But taken that Triology was an “album” comprised of mainly mixtape tracks with only three new tracks to separate them, new material from the Canadian artist seems long overdue for fans.

Check the artwork out below and as always listen to good tunes and check here for more music news.

It’s been awhile since I’ve come back to this page, but by now most of you have seen the album cover. No it isn’t the one above. Check below if you haven’t seen it yet. Also, The Weeknd finally released the track list to the upcoming studio debut. I call it a debut because Trilogy  could hardly be called his first studio release.

Looks as though Drake and Mr. Tesfaye have made peace and join on the latest single, Live For. The album drops September 10 and so far it’s refreshing to hear new music from The Weeknd rather than a recycled cut and paste method that was Trilogy.

Anyways, here’s the album cover and track list. Enjoy.
